The AD6674BCPZRL7-500 is a 385 MHz bandwidth mixed-signal intermediate frequency (IF) receiver. It is equipped with a dual-channel, 14-bit 500 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and various digital signal algorithm modules, including four wideband DDCS, one NSR and VDR monitoring. The AD6674BCPZRL7-500 features an on-chip buffer and sampling hold circuit, and is specifically designed for low power consumption, small size and ease of use. This product is designed to support communication applications and can achieve wideband analog signal sampling up to 2 GHz. The AD6674BCPZRL7-500 is optimized for wide input bandwidth, high sampling rate, excellent linearity and small package low power consumption.
