The AD524ARZ-16 is a precision single-chip instrumentation amplifier designed for data acquisition applications that require high accuracy under the worst operating conditions. The excellent combination of high linearity, high common-mode rejection, low offset voltage drift and low noise makes the device suitable for use in many data acquisition systems.

The AD524ARZ-16 has an output offset voltage drift of less than 25 µV/°C, an input offset voltage drift of less than 0.5 µV/°C, a common mode rejection (CMR) greater than 90 dB at unit gain (120 dB at G = 1000), and a maximum nonlinearity of 0.003% (G = 1). In addition to excellent DC characteristics, the AD524ARZ-16 has a gain bandwidth product of 25 MHz (G = 1000). To accommodate high-speed data acquisition systems, the device has an output piezoswing rate of 5 V/µs and a 0.01% setup time of 15 µs (G = 1 to 100).
