The LTM2810HY-I is a 7.5kVRMS SPI/ digital or I2C uModule isolator with transformer driver ‌. The LTM2810HY-I is packaged in a BGA-36 package and is suitable for applications requiring high isolation voltage and high-speed communication ‌.

The LTM2810HY-I contains an integrated transformer driver on the logic side and an LDO on the isolation side for regulating the rectifier transformer output. The LDO output is typically 5 V, but can be overdriven.
