The ADUM240E1BRWZ is a four-channel digital isolator using Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. It is suitable for applications that require high-speed data transmission and strong isolation. The ADUM240E1BRWZ isolation device combines high-speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) with single-chip air-core transformer technology, offering outstanding performance characteristics over alternative devices such as optocouplers and other integrated couplers.

The ADUM240E1BRWZ has a maximum propagation delay of 13 ns and a pulse width distortion of less than 3 ns at 5 V. Has strict 3.0ns (maximum) channel matching.
