The ADUM240E1BRIZ is a four-channel digital isolator designed with Analog Devices iCoupler® technology. The ADUM240E1BRIZ isolation device combines high-speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) with single-chip air-core transformer technology, offering outstanding performance characteristics over alternative devices such as optocouplers and other integrated couplers.

The ADUM240E1BRIZ isolator has a maximum propagation delay of 13 ns and a pulse width distortion of less than 3 ns at 5 V. Has strict 3.0ns (maximum) channel matching.

The ADUM240E1BRIZ operates at 1.8V to 5V supply voltages, is compatible with low voltage systems, and is capable of voltage conversion across isolation grids.
