The ADUM1300WSRWZ is a three-channel digital isolator using Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. It integrates high-speed CMOS with single-chip transformer technology and has outstanding performance characteristics over alternative devices such as optocouplers.

The ADUM1300WSRWZ isolator provides three separate isolation channels and supports multiple channel configurations and data rates. The device operates with a supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V, is compatible with low voltage systems, and is capable of voltage conversion across the isolation gate. In addition, the ADuM130x features low pulse width distortion (CRW class less than 2 ns) and strict interchannel matching (CRW class less than 2 ns). Unlike other optocouplers, the ADuM130x isolator has a patented refresh feature that ensures DC correctness in the absence of input logic conversion and in the absence of a power supply.
