The ADUM4402ARWZ is a four-channel digital isolator using Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. These isolation devices combine high-speed CMOS with single-chip air-core transformer technology and have outstanding performance characteristics over alternatives such as optical couplers and other integrated couplers.

The isolator provides four independent isolation channels and supports multiple channel configurations and data rates. These models operate at 3.0V to 5.5V supply voltages, are compatible with low voltage systems, and are capable of voltage conversion across isolation grids. The ADUM4402 isolator has a patented refresh feature that ensures DC correctness in the absence of input logic conversion and in power on/off conditions.
