The TPS746-Q1 is a 1A ultra-low dropout voltage regulator (LDO) with a power-on indication function. The device is available in a small 6-pin, 2mm × 2mm WSON package with wettable sides and a small 8-pin, 3mm × 3mm VSON package for easy optical inspection.The TPS746-Q1 has low quiescent current consumption and provides fast line and load transient performance.

The TPS746-Q1 supports an input voltage range of 1.5V to 6.0V and an externally adjustable output voltage range of 0.55V to 5.5V, making it a flexible post-regulator device. The device also provides a fixed output voltage to power common voltage rails.
