The ADIS16500AMLZ Precision Micro MEMS IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) consists of a three-axis gyroscope and a three-axis accelerometer. Each inertial sensor incorporates signal conditioning to optimize dynamic performance. Factory calibration represents each sensor's sensitivity, bias, alignment, linear acceleration (gyroscope bias), and impact point (accelerometer position). Each sensor has a dynamic compensation formula to provide accurate sensor measurements under a variety of conditions.
