The ADUM4472CRIZ is a four-channel digital isolator with integrated regulated DC-DC isolated power controller and integrated internal MOSFET driver. The DC/DC controller has an isolated PWM feedback built into the primary side and uses iCoupler® chip-level transformer technology and full loop compensation. Optical couplers can be eliminated for feedback and loops can be compensated for stability.

The ADUM4472 comes in a wide-body SOIC package that fully integrates feedback and loop compensation to provide a smaller size and 8.3 mm creepage distance solution.
