The TMS320F28027PTT is a high performance 32-bit microcontroller belonging to the C2000™ Piccolo™ family. The TMS320F28027PTT offers the power of the C28xx core combined with highly integrated control peripherals in a low pin count device. The code of this family of devices is compatible with older C28x-based code, while offering a high level of analogue integration. 

The internal voltage regulator enables single-supply-rail operation, and the HRPWM module has been enhanced to enable dual-edge control (FM). An analogue comparator with a 10-bit internal reference has been added for direct routing to control the PWM outputs, and the ADC converts over a fixed full-scale range of 0V to 3.3V, supporting proportional operations in the VREFHI/VREFLO reference. the ADC interface has been optimised for low overhead and latency.
