Product Description

The MAX25530GTL/V+ is a highly integrated TFT power and LED backlight driver IC for automotive TFT-LCD applications. The IC integrates a buck-boost converter, a boost converter, two gate driver supplies, and a boost/SEPIC converter to power one to four strings of LEDs in the display backlight.


The start-up and shutdown sequences for all power supply domains can be controlled via a resistor on the SEQ pin or by selecting one of seven preset modes via the I2C interface. MAX25530GTL/V+ is available in a 40-pin (6mm x 6mm) TQFN package with exposed pads and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
