The DRV8210PDSGR is an integrated motor driver with four N-channel power FETs, charge pump regulator and protection circuitry. The three-way charge pump architecture allows the device to operate down to 1.65 V for 1.8 V supply rails and low battery conditions. The charge pump integrates all capacitors, reducing the overall solution size of the motor driver on the PCB and allowing 100% duty cycle operation.

The DRV8210PDSGR supports an industry standard PWM (IN1/IN2) control interface. The nSLEEP pin controls a low-power sleep mode, enabling ultra-low quiescent current consumption by disabling internal circuitry.

The device can deliver up to 1.76 A peak output current. It operates from a 1.65 V to 5.5 V supply.

The driver features robust internal protections, including supply undervoltage lockout (UVLO), output overcurrent (OCP), and device overtemperature (TSD).
