The SLG59M1717V is A high-performance 4 mΩ, 5 A single-channel nFET load switch powered by a 2.5V to 5.5V power supply and designed for all 0.8V to 5.5V power rail applications.

The SLG59M1717V has an adjustable surge current control function, which is achieved by adjusting the VOUT conversion rate using an external capacitor. The device features a proprietary MOSFET design that enables a stable 4 mΩ RDSON over a wide input/supply voltage range.
