The ADATE209BBCZ is a dual channel pin driver designed for testing DDR2, DDR3, and DDR4. It can also be used for high-speed system-on-chip (SoC) applications, such as testing PCI Express 1.0 and HDMI™. The device is a three-level driver capable of delivering high fidelity swings of 200 mV to 4 V in the range −1 V to +3.5 V. For 2 V and 3 V programming swings, the rise/fall times (20% to 80%) are less than 120 ps and 150 ps, respectively, supporting data rates of 4.4 Gbps and 3.2 Gbps, respectively.
