The MMA031AA is an 8-stage medium power wideband travelling wave amplifier. The amplifier is designed for excellent return loss and flat gain up to 45 GHz. By using external components, the operating bandwidth can be extended to frequencies below 100 kHz. Pads are provided for dynamic gain control.

The MMA031AA MMIC amplifier is designed for broadband applications in communications, test equipment, and military systems. The amplifier can be used as a gain module with a gain of 10 dB in the 45 GHz range.
