The ADUM362N0BRQZ is a 6-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. These isolation elements combine high-speed complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology with back-to-back monolithic air-core transformer technology to deliver outstanding performance characteristics that meet the CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B 5 Mbps limit. Maximum propagation delay is 10 ns and pulse-width modulation distortion is less than 3 ns at an operating voltage of 5 V. Channel matching is tight at 3.0 ns maximum.

The ADUM362N0BRQZ data channels are independent, available in a variety of configurations, and rated at 3 kV rms (see Figure 17). The device operates with a supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 5.5 V on either side for compatibility with lower-voltage systems and voltage-switching capability across the barrier.

Two different fail-safe options are available, where the output transitions to a predetermined state when no input power is present.
