The ADUM342E0WBRQZ is a four-channel digital isolator based on iCoupler® technology. The isolator combines high-speed, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air-core transformer technology to deliver outstanding performance characteristics and meet the CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limit of 5Mbps. At 5V operation, the maximum propagation delay is 10ns and the pulse width distortion is less than 3ns. At a maximum of 3.0ns, the channel matching is tight.

The ADuM342E data channel is self-contained and available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 5.7kV RMS.
