IAUMN10S5N017G is an OptiMOS™ 5 100V automotive MOSFET in the new mTOLG 8x8mm2 SMD package. It is designed for the high performance, quality and ruggedness required for demanding automotive applications. This mTOLG package MOSFET offers improved TCoB performance and is recommended for aluminium (Al) core IMS and copper (Cu) based metal substrates.
