The ISO1642DWR isolator is a hot-swapable, low-power, bi-directional isolator compatible with the I2C interface. The digital isolator supports the 3000VRMS UL 1577 isolation rating and is packaged in 8-D. Each isolation channel in the low-emission device has a logical input and leak-open output separated by a double-capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulated gate.
