The ISO6742DWR is a high-performance four-channel digital isolator ideal for cost-sensitive applications requiring isolation grades up to 5,000 VRMS (UL 1577 compliant). ISO6742 devices have high electromagnetic interference resistance, low radiation and low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. Each isolation channel has a logical input and output buffer separated by a dual capacitance silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulated gate.
