The AD5274BCPZ-100 are single-channel, 256-bit digital varistors that combine industry-leading variable resistance performance with non-volatile memory (NVM) in a compact package. These devices have an end-to-end resistance tolerance error of less than 1% and offer 50-times programmable (50-TP) memory.

The industry-leading guaranteed low resistance tolerance error feature simplifies open-loop applications, as well as precision calibration and tolerance matching applications.

The AD5274BCPZ-100's cursor settings are controlled via an I2C-compatible digital interface. Unlimited adjustments can be made before programming the resistor value into the 50-TP memory. These devices do not require any external voltage source to help blow the fuse and provide 50 programming opportunities. A fused fuse command holds the cursor position in place during 50-TP activation (similar to applying epoxy to a mechanical adjuster).

The AD5274BCPZ-100 is available in a compact 10-pin MSOP package with a guaranteed operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C extended industrial temperature range.
