The PMA3-15453+ is a pHEMT-based broadband, low-noise MMIC amplifier that offers a unique combination of high dynamic range and low noise over a very wide bandwidth, making it ideal for a variety of transmitter and receiver applications. The design is powered by a single 5V positive supply, matched to 50 ohms, and is available in a miniature plastic package (3 x 3 x 0.89mm) for dense board layouts.
