The STM32G0 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) are suitable for applications in the consumer, industrial and home appliance sectors and are ready for use in Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. These highly integrated microcontrollers are based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit RISC core and operate at up to 64 MHz. The devices include a memory protection unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memory (up to 128 KB Flash program memory and 36 kB SRAM), DMA and a variety of system functions, enhanced I/O and peripherals. The device has an operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and an operating supply voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V.
