The AD7276ARMZ are 12-bit high-speed, low-power, successive approximation analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs). These devices are powered from a single 2.35 V to 3.6 V supply and have throughput rates up to 3 MSPS. These devices include a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier and can handle input frequencies in excess of 55 MHz.
