The AR0147ATSC00XUEA5-DRBR is a 1/4 inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 1344Hx968V active pixel array. The sensor includes flexible features such as pixel segmentation, Windows, and video and single-frame modes.

Optimized for low-light and challenging high-side dynamic range scenario performance, the AR0147AT sensor features an on sensor with 3um BSI pixels and up to 140dB HDR capture capability.
