The ADS54J20IRMP is a low-power, high-bandwidth, 12-bit, 1.0GSPS dual-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The device is designed with a high SNR to provide a noise floor of -157dBFS/Hz to assist applications in achieving the highest dynamic range over a wide instantaneous bandwidth. The device supports JESD204B serial interfaces with data transfer rates up to 10Gbps, and each ADC can support 2 or 4 channels.
