The ADS52J91ZZE is a 10-bit, 12-bit, and 14-bit multi-channel low-power analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with LVDS and JESD outputs. The device has a conversion rate of up to 125MSPS per ADC in 10-bit mode. The higher the ADC resolution, the lower the maximum conversion rate.
