The ADC12SJ1600AAVQ1 device is an automotive class 1-channel, 12-bit, 1.6-GSPS ADC with JESD204C interface, which is ideal for optical detection and ranging (LiDAR) systems due to its low power consumption, high sampling rate and 12-bit resolution. This device meets the standards for automotive applications.
