The ADS52J65IRGCR is an 8-channel 16-bit 125MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with JESD204B interface.
The ADS52J65 uses CMOS technology and innovative circuit technology. The device operates with very low power consumption, uses 2Vpp full scale inputs, and provides extremely high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) performance. The device provides an idle SNR of 80dBFS and a full-scale SNR of 78dBFS at 5MHz. The high input bandwidth of 250MHz makes the device suitable for a wide range of applications, such as high-frequency medical ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, and multi-channel data acquisition. The ADC incorporates an internal benchmark that is trimmed to match different devices.
