The AD9695BCPZRL7-625 is a 14-bit dual-channel 625 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The device features an on-chip buffer and a sample-hold circuit, ensuring low power consumption, a smaller package size and excellent ease of use. The product has been specifically designed to support communications applications where direct sampling of broadband analog signals up to 2 GHz is possible. The bandwidth of the ADC input −3 dB is 2 GHz. The AD9695 is fully optimized in a small, compact package that offers a wide input bandwidth, fast sampling rates, superior linearity, and low power consumption.
