The STGD4H60DF 600V IGBT is an IGBT developed using an advanced proprietary trench gate field cutoff structure. The device is a member of the H-series IGBTs and can effectively balance on-loss and switching loss, thus significantly improving the efficiency of high switching frequency converters. In addition, its positive VCE(sat) temperature coefficient and ultra-tight parameter distribution make parallel operation safer.
