The NXP®12XS2 series eXtreme switches consist of ultra-low RDSON devices in single-high-side or double-high-side configurations to replace electromechanical relays or discrete devices in power management applications and DC motor control.

- It is designed for harsh environments and has a self-recovery feature.

- It is suitable for loads with high inrush currents, as well as motors and all types of resistive and inductive loads.

- Programming, control and diagnostics are accomplished through a serial peripheral interface.

- The outputs have a dedicated parallel input for alternating and pulse width modulation (PWM) control.

- Available in a power enhanced 16-pin PQFN, 12x12 mm package.
