10 low-power modes with power and clock gating to optimise peripheral activity and recovery time. Operating power consumption reduced to 350 µA/MHz, static power consumption reduced to 5.6 µA, with full state retention and wake-up in 6 µS. Static power consumption as low as 280 nA.

Low-leakage wake-up unit with up to 8 built-in modules and 16 pins, serving as a wake-up source for Low Leakage Stop (LLS) mode/Very Low Leakage Stop (VLLS) mode

512 KB to 1 MB flash memory. Supports fast access with high reliability and provides 4 levels of security protection.

FlexMemory: 32 bytes to 16 KB of user-segmentable byte-write/erase EEPROM, suitable for data tables/system data. EEPROM capable of over 10 million erase/write cycles and flash memory with a write time of just 70 µs (no data loss or damage occurs during power failures). Programming and erase functions can be completed without user or system intervention, and the device remains fully functional even when the operating voltage drops to 1.71V. Additionally, 512 KB of FlexNVM is used for extra program code, data, or EEPROM backup.
