The STGW60V60DF device is an IGBT developed using an advanced proprietary trench gate field stop structure, which is part of the V-series of IGBTs and offers an optimal compromise between conduction and switching losses to maximise the efficiency of UHF converters. In addition, a positive VCE (saturation) temperature coefficient and a very tight parameter distribution make parallel operation safer.
