The STGW60H65DFB is a 650 V, 60 A high-speed trench gate field cutoff HB series IGBT. these devices are part of the new HB series of IGBTs, which offer an optimal compromise between conduction and switching losses to maximise the efficiency of any inverter. In addition, a slightly positive VCE (saturation) temperature coefficient and a very tight parameter distribution make parallel operation safer.
