The LTC5553IUDB is a high-performance, microwave dual balanced passive mixer that can be used for frequency up- or down-conversion. The mixer and integrated RF balun are optimised to cover the 3GHz to 20GHz RF frequency range. The device includes an integrated LO amplifier optimised for the 1GHz to 20GHz frequency range and requires only 0dBm drive. The integrated IF balun is optimised to cover an extremely wide frequency range from 500MHz to 9GHz and provides a single-ended 50Ω interface.
