The RHRPM4424LK02V is a flexible, high-frequency dual low-side driver specifically designed for use with high-capacitance MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-radiation environments such as aerospace. The outputs can sink and sink 4.5 A peak current. Higher drive currents (up to 9 A peak) can be achieved by paralleling two PWM outputs in parallel. A CMOS/TTL-compatible PWM signal is used so that it can be driven by an external PWM controller such as an STM, and the FLAT-16 version conforms to the industry-standard pinout and can dissipate up to 550 mW per channel.
