The VNQ9080AJTR device is a four-channel high voltage side driver, manufactured using ST's proprietary VIPower M0-9 technology in a PowerSSO-16 package. The device is designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads over 3 V and 5 V CMOS compatible interfaces and provides protection and diagnostic functions. The device integrates advanced protection features such as load current limiting, active overload management (power limiting) and thermal shutdown (configurable latching).
