STPS30H60CGY ST's automotive power Schottky diodes combine low dropout characteristics with negligible or zero recovery. With a voltage range of 30 to 170V and a current range of 1 to 80A, they meet the needs of all applications from OR-ing and 48V converters to battery chargers and welding equipment. The devices are available in a wide range of packages, including through-hole and surface mount industry standard form factors, as well as PowerFLAT™ packages.
