The ADM7172ACPZ-2.5 is A CMOS low voltage differential linear regulator (LDO) with an operating voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V, providing up to 2A output current. This high-output current LDO is ideal for voltage regulation of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits operating with 6 V to as low as 1.2 V power rails. With an advanced proprietary architecture, the device offers a high power rejection ratio and low noise for superior voltage and load transient response using only a small 4.7 µF ceramic output capacitor.
