The TPS16414DRCR is an integrated electronic fuse device with a precise power limit or current limit. This device family provides robust protection through integrated overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, input-to-output short-circuit detection, and thermal protection. Input-to-output short-circuit detection is available and will indicate an input-to-output short circuit on the FLT pin. The FLT pin can be provided as a digital input to the MCU or used to drive an external PFET.
