A wide supply input range of 4.2V to 60V enables control of many common DC bus voltages. The devices can withstand and protect against loads from positive and negative supplies up to ±60V. The integrated back-to-back FETs provide reverse current blocking, making the device ideal for systems that require output voltage to be maintained during power failures and undervoltage conditions. The TPS26600's internal reliable protection control module and high withstand voltage values help to simplify system design for surge protection.
