TPS26600 Electronic fuse with Integrated Input Reverse Polarity Protection

Product Description

The TPS26600 devices are a feature-rich range of compact high voltage electronic fuses with a full suite of protection features. 4.2V to 60V wide supply input range allows control of many common DC bus voltages. The devices can withstand and protect against loads supplied by positive and negative supplies up to ±60V. The integrated back-to-back FETs provide reverse current blocking, making the device ideal for systems that require output voltage to be maintained during power failures and undervoltage conditions. The TPS26600's reliable internal protection control module and high withstand voltage values help to simplify system design for surge protection.

The device is available in a 5mm x 4.4mm, 16-pin HTSSOP package and a 5mm x 4mm, 24-pin VQFN package; temperature ratings range from -40°C to +125°C.
