The TPS16416DRCR power and current limiting electronic fuse provides accurate power or current limiting. The device offers robust protection including integrated overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, input to output short circuit detection and over temperature protection. It can be used in low power circuits (LPC) with 15W power limiting. The device provides protection against adjacent pin short circuits and pin-to-ground (GND) short faults.
