The TDA21490 is designed to provide robust and reliable voltage regulators (VR) for high-performance Xpus, ASics and SOCs used in server, storage, artificial intelligence (AI) and networking applications. The TDA21490 features OptiMOSTM power MOSFETs in a high thermal package for the best efficiency in its class. Low static current drivers enable deep sleep mode to further improve light load efficiency, and can also provide accurate electrical fluometry, helping to significantly improve system performance.
