The IR3889M is an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC step-down regulator. The onboard PWM controller and OptiMOS™ FETs with integrated bootstrap diodes make the IR3889 a small-size solution that delivers efficient power transfer. In addition, it uses a fast constant on-time (COT) control scheme that simplifies design efforts and enables fast control responses.

The enhanced fast COT engine is stabilized with ceramic output capacitors

Programmable switching frequencies from 600 kHz to 2 MHz

Monotonic boot with four optional soft start times and enhanced pre-biased boot

Thermal compensation internal overcurrent protection with four optional Settings
