The TPS628501QDRLRQ1 is an automotive-grade, high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC converter in a SOT-5X3-8 package for automotive electronics applications such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), infotainment systems, body control modules and more.
