EV1320QI is a DC-DC converter designed for memory terminal applications. The device has a high efficiency of up to 96 percent while offering solution dimensions similar to linear terminating devices.

The device is designed to operate directly from the VDDQ power supply rail. No external part frequency controller or reference is required. The EV1320QI provides a very stable output voltage (VTT) that tracks VDDQ while absorbing and delivering up to 2A continuous output current. Up to 4 EV1320QI devices can be connected in parallel to provide currents up to 8A. The ENABLE pin with output discharge can be used in S3 (hang to RAM) state.
