The OPTIREG™ Linear TLS820F3ELV50 is a high performance, low dropout, fixed output voltage regulator in a PG-SSOP-14 package. With an input voltage range of 3 V to 42 V and a quiescent current of only 26 µA, the regulator is ideally suited for automotive systems or other power supply systems permanently connected to a battery.
